• Develop and execute a creative vision for The Gorilla Pack You Tube channel, fostering original and innovative concepts that captivate viewers.
• Devise strategies to grow our channel's audience, increase engagement, and drive viewer retention through compelling content.
• Produce long-form videos, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Cultivate partnerships with influencers, creators, and industry experts to enhance our content offerings and expand our reach.

• You have at least 3+ years Producer related experience specializing in You Tube and online media
• You are obsessed with You Tube and very familiar with the type of content that performs well on the platform
• You don’t just create media; you craft captivating experiences that resonate deeply with audiences.
• You face challenges head-on and figure out the best path forward to the optimal outcome.
• You are constantly pushing boundaries and dreaming up ideas that capture attention and spark conversation with a meticulous eye for the smallest details.
• You are able to decode viewer behavior and turn data insights into actionable and impactful recommendations.
• You enjoy building bridges with other creators and collaborating with others
