We are expanding our Creative Partner Roster
—an elite pool of freelance professionals we call upon for upcoming commercial, editorial, and branded content projects.

Instead of hiring for a single role, we are looking to build long-term relationships with reliable, visionary freelancers who can jump into various stages of the production pipeline.

We are seeking experienced independent contractors in the following areas:

• Development & Script: Writers, Creative Directors, and Concept Artists.
• Production: Directors, Producers (Line and Executive), and Production Managers.
• On-Set Technical: Cinematographers/Videographers and Sound Recordists.
• Post-Production: Editors, Motion Graphics Designers, Colorists, and Sound Designers.
• AI Creatives: Specialists in AI-assisted workflows (Generative Video/Imagery, AI Upscaling, and prompt-based concept development).
• Animation & Motion: 2D/3D Animators, Motion Graphics Designers, and Title Designers.

• A Proven Portfolio: A reel or portfolio that demonstrates a high level of technical skill. For Animators and VFX artists

• Reliability: Ability to manage your own schedule and hit deadlines consistently.
• Future-Proof Mindset: A "solutions-oriented" approach, especially when integrating new tools (VFX/AI) into traditional workflows.
• The Kit: Ownership of or access to industry-standard gear and software (Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Unreal Engine, Midjourney/Stable Diffusion workflows, etc.).
