When you join Rad Net as a Graphic Designer, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

• Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Designing original pieces, including illustrations, collateral and infographics
• Work with videographer on motion graphics and video storyboards
• Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery
• Assist the marketing team with campaigns, brainstorming, advertising and creative development.
• Coordinate the production process of design and distribution of final approved collateral
• Proofread and get corporate legal authorization on specified materials before final approvals.
• Demonstrate illustrative skills and innovation at minimum costs and lead time
• Manage and maintain graphic file library including, final approved documents, photographs logos and art.

• Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.
• You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.
• You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

• Four-year degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or related field.
• Adobe Creative Suite, ability to multi-task many projects for all lines of business, meet tight deadlines and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
• Expert knowledge in graphic production process.
• Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
• Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for Rad Net, as well as our lines of business
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with HTML, CMS, and motion graphics
