Senior Visual Designer

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior Visual Designer.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will serve as an internal design consultant, partnering with business units to support innovation and strategy. Your role involves translating complex business concepts and human-centered research into clear, compelling visual narratives. From designing digital prototypes and web pages to creating high-fidelity print brochures and reports, you will help shape the experience for financial professionals by turning strategic insights into impactful visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of visual communication assets, including web pages, brochures, logos, one-pagers, posters, and reports.
• Translate complex business concepts into clear visual narratives with a high bar for craft and storytelling.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape design direction and align with strategic goals.
• Create and refine visual assets with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Produce iterative drafts and prototypes, present work clearly, and pivot effectively based on evolving feedback.
• Support strategic initiatives by communicating frameworks and recommendations through compelling visuals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Advanced Tool Proficiency:Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Digital & Print Execution:Proven experience designing across web, mobile, and print, including preparing production-ready files.
• Visual Storytelling:Ability to translate strategic and conceptual content into engaging narratives.
• Design Excellence:Strong command of typography, hierarchy, layout, color, and composition.
• Collaboration:Skilled at partnering with cross-functional teams to drive clarity and alignment.
• Adaptability:Ability to learn new content areas quickly and shift between projects as priorities evolve.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Financial Services Acumen:Experience or interest in understanding financial advisor needs and business strategy.
• Agility:Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you act as an internal consultant.
• Portfolio Excellence:A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and work that translates strategic content into clear communications.

Pay:$45.05 - $64.36 /hr.
