Insight Global is looking for a Creative Account Manager to join our fast-paced and highly collaborative in-house team. This person will act as the strategic link between marketing partners and the creative team —With a focus on Style:
Fashion, Beaty and Home, you will oversee our social work streams for both Marketing campaigns and social first reactive content. You’ll help translate marketing goals into bold, platform-native creative ideas that resonate with today’s audiences. This role is perfect for a creative-minded problem solver who thrives in culture, understands the social landscape, and can bridge strategy, creative, and execution seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between business partners, creative leads, and production teams for campaign and trend-based social initiatives.
  • Partner with creative directors, strategists, creative project management and producers to brief, scope, and deliver impactful creative work across social channels.
  • Lead end-to-end management of assigned creative work streams — from intake and briefing to delivery and post-launch evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with media, social, and influencer teams to ensure content aligns with cultural trends, platform best practices, and audience insights.
  • Advocate for creative excellence and ensure every asset delivers on the organization's brand voice and visual identity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring communication, alignment, and trust across teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management — preferably within an agency or in-house creative team with a focus on fashion, beauty, home, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and creative best practices.
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaborate across time zones.
  • Highly organized, culturally curious with experience managing creative campaigns in fast-moving environments.
  • Adept at building trust and driving alignment across multiple teams and partners.
  • Passionate about design, storytelling, social platforms, creative innovation, and emerging social trends
  • Familiarity with influencer and creator-driven content.
