Join a dynamic and growing indoor pickleball facility as a Social Media Content Creator, where you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and engaging our vibrant community. This part-time contract position offers the opportunity to manage and grow our Instagram account, capturing the energy of our facility, players, and events through creative video and graphic content. You will have the freedom to bring your own ideas to life, working closely with a passionate team in a fun, welcoming environment.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build their marketing portfolio, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the growth of a brand in one of the fastest-growing sports in America.

• Film and edit engaging video content, including reels and short-form clips, that showcase facility highlights, player stories, and special events.
• Design eye-catching graphics and posts for Instagram using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with staff and community members to capture authentic moments and tell compelling stories.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Attend select evening and weekend events to capture live content as needed.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Cap Cut or Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with graphic design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of Instagram content formats, trends, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Availability for 15–20 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
