- Bring fresh perspective and creative energy to the team by challenging conventions, identifying industry standards, and helping push the Life
360 brand to a higher creative bar - Own creative projects end to end, from early concept development through final execution.
- Develop original design concepts that move beyond safe or expected solutions and are grounded in brand strategy and audience insight.
- Create high-quality visual design across digital, social, web, email, paid media, packaging, and retail touchpoints.
- Deliver pixel-perfect assets and clear design specs across channels, with strong attention to craft, consistency, and detail.
- Leverage the Client brand kit while actively contributing to its evolution by refining systems, strengthening visual consistency, and improving how the brand shows up across channels.
- Present work with confidence and provide clear, thoughtful recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with copy, marketing, product, and other designers to create cohesive and effective brand experiences.
- Participate in critiques and working sessions, offering constructive feedback and helping raise the overall quality of the team’s creative output.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of design experience in an agency environment and/or B2C brand team.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, visual craft, and the ability to own projects from idea to execution.
- Experience working across digital channels including email, ecommerce, paid media, and social; print or packaging experience is a plus.
- Ability to independently drive work forward while collaborating closely with creative leadership and partners.
- Strong sense of taste across typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Comfort presenting work, explaining design rationale, and incorporating feedback thoughtfully.
- Ability to take direction when given and take the lead when needed.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skills:
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset.
- Problem solver with minimal hand-holding.
Eagle eye for alignment, consistency, and craft.
