A Marketing Agency is seeking Creative Directors to support a diverse mix of clients across B2B, entertainment, and CPG brands. Projects vary in scope and pace, ranging from rapid-turn pitch and RFP work to longer-term creative assignments. This role is ideal for a conceptually driven creative leader with a strong command of art direction, design, and narrative, who can quickly establish a point of view while also sustaining creative momentum over time.
💰 Pay: $115/hr - $200/hr (commensurate on candidate experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative concepting and storytelling across brand, experiential, and campaign-based initiatives
- Develop high-level creative directions, visual systems, and design frameworks
- Contribute to and lead RFP responses, including concept decks and presentation materials
- Partner closely with strategy, account, and production teams to align creative vision with business objectives
- Provide hands-on art direction and design oversight across all deliverables
- Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Adapt quickly to varying brand categories, timelines, and project scopes
Qualifications
- Background in art direction, conceptual design, and creative leadership
- Experience across one or more of the following categories: B2B, entertainment, sports or CPG brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executed creative work
- Comfort working across both short-term RFP engagements and longer-term projects
- Availability to work part-time or full-time based on project needs
- Senior-level candidates should have experience leading teams and owning creative vision end-to-end
