Aboutthe Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and driving marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve translating conceptual ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Asset Optimization: Develop and optimize graphics and images for online platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compatibility with web and mobile interfaces.
- Print Design: Create and update print materials regularly, with a focus on wholesale requirements, including catalogs, brochures, packaging, and other promotional materials.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with product management, UX/UI designers, and developers to align designs with strategic objectives. Communicate design concepts effectively and manage project timelines. - Creative Innovation: Introduce innovative design concepts and ideas into digital experiences, incorporating user feedback, design trends, and business goals.
- Organizational Efficiency: Maintain an organized repository of design files with version control practices for easy access and retrieval of assets.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance digital product creativity and effectiveness.
- Active Participation: Engage in team discussions, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions to contribute valuable insights and improve design processes.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing projects. Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and prototyping is required.
- Design Expertise: Strong conceptualization, visual communication, and attention to detail. Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition principles.
- Portfolio Quality: Showcase a portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and understanding of design principles, especially for digital platforms.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills will be considered.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to evolving design requirements, and maintain high-quality outputs.
