This program is in exchange for college credit. We are currently seeking to work with students that are able to work 4.5 days a week, part-time, with hours as follows:
* Monday-Friday: 8:30AM to 3PM PST.
* 15-25 hours a week
Spring 2026 Term19 January – 1 May 2026 (15-week term)
Application Period: 1 November – 19 December 2025
Summer 2026 Term1 June – 7 August 2026 (10-week term)
Application Period: 1 April – 15 May 2026
Fall 2026 Term24 August – 4 December 2026 (15-week term)

The Jr Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high quality digital assets for social media marketing, E-Commerce and other supporting graphic design needs. This position will work directly with the Lead Graphic Designer.
This is an exciting opportunity that seeks an individual who is in the know of new design trends, techniques, and tools in the digital world.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in creation of digital assets for marketing events/campaigns.
- Work towards achieving brand goals + vision by delivering high quality pieces.
- Collaborate closely with the SBJ team to ensure the communication of their core messages within marketing campaigns.
- Create graphic treatments when necessary.
- Develop multi-page layout and typography.
- Develop and manage team timelines and deadlines for all design deliverables;
Help maintain and manage an efficient workflow among internal department team.
- Candidates should be skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Art/Design related background.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas and nurturing a culture of creatives.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem‑solving skills.
- An understanding of B2C marketing.
- Enrolled in a school granting hours for internship.
