As the on-site leader, you’ll oversee all field operations, manage trade partners, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in every phase of construction.

• Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Manage daily field operations and hold teams accountable for performance.
• Mentor and coach project team members to support their growth and success.
• Coordinate with trade partners, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

• 5–8 years of field leadership experience in construction, managing projects from $5M to $25M.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
• Expertise in California Building Codes, OSHPD/HCAI (for healthcare projects), and local permitting.
• Proven ability to lead large crews and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and commitment to safety excellence.

Pay dependent of experience, skill, knowledge

Southern California Pay Range

$138,000 - $162,000 USD

The job duties for this position may entail assignment at a customer worksite where the customer has a requirement that all Dome’s personnel must be vaccinated to enter the worksite, and the customer’s policy has no exemptions. While Dome must operate within the customer’s worksite requirements, Dome will provide reasonable accommodations to employees who cannot be vaccinated because of a disability/medical reason or sincerely-held religious beliefs.
