- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Oversee and coordinate MEP and plumbing systems installation
- Manage subcontractors and self-perform crews to maintain schedule and productivity
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, workmanship, and sequencing
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
- Identify and resolve field conflicts, design discrepancies, and constructability issues
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to ensure project goals are met
- Maintain accurate daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and manpower tracking
- Drive schedule performance and hold trades accountable
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Strong background in MEP coordination and plumbing systems installation
- Experience on at least one of the following project types:
- Hotels / Resorts
- Data Centers
- Educational Institutions
- Hospitality
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven ability to manage complex mechanical rooms and utility systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
