We are a full-service general contractor specializing in design and construction of residential (75%) and Commercial (25%). We help clients go from idea to design and permitting to final construction. We facilitate the coordination of all subcontractors in the design space, including Architect, engineers, etc., and then proceed into the management of All subcontractors for construction, electricians plumbers, etc..
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time that consists mainly of managing communication, budgets and quality control of projects.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction and design projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Obtaining and managing construction and design bids for new upcoming projects
- Managing and developing project timelines
- Quality control for design work and field work
- Managing and Communicating with subcontractors and clients
- Managing project Financials and expenses Accurately and Organized
- Working with new potential clients on future projects
Starting Pay is $80k/Year for this Position with Project Performance Bonus after Training

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proffiecient tech abilities (google suite, ios, etc)
- High detail orientation for site work and construction plans
