We are seeking a full-time Assistant Construction Superintendent
. This role offers the opportunity for increasing responsibility based on demonstrated ability, initiative, and performance. The ideal candidate is hardworking, motivated to succeed, and committed to supporting the construction team in delivering high-quality projects.

• Multi-family or general construction experience
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and proof of automobile liability insurance
• U.S. work authorization

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented attitude with respect for others
• Ability to take direction and support the construction team
• Willingness to pick up tools and assist with hands‑on tasks when needed
• Positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work

• Assist the Project Superintendent in daily on-site construction activities
• Support coordination of subcontractors and jobsite operations
• Participate in job walks and inspections, both indoors and outdoors
• Help ensure construction work meets project plans and quality standards
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and productive jobsite
• Work both on the active construction site and in the jobsite trailer
• Support overall project progress and team success

• Ability to work outdoors on an active construction site
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing stairs, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to perform job walks and inspections indoors and outdoors

Please note that this role could range from Murrieta, CA to Coachella, CA.
