• Take ownership of projects from client request through completion
• Estimate, schedule, and manage multiple projects across all phases
• Serve as a trusted client partner, delivering the same BCCI quality as our large-scale builds
• Work side‑by‑side with field teams to ensure projects run smoothly and safely
• Collaborate with Business Development to support new client opportunities
• Coach and mentor junior staff, helping them gain valuable project experience
• Look for smarter, faster ways to improve processes and project delivery

• 5+ years of project management experience (service or construction projects)
• Estimating and client‑facing skills
• Solid understanding of construction methods and blueprint reading
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Timberline Estimating, Bluebeam/Adobe, and Procore
• Ability to balance multiple clients and deadlines with professionalism and a solutions‑driven mindset
