MVL USA Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Superintendent to oversee the successful execution of construction projects across our U.S. operations. This full‑time position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• ✅ Plan and execute project sequencing and scheduling per client specifications and MVL protocols.
• ✅ Assign individual work responsibilities and oversee daily construction activities.
• ✅ Routinely update Project Manager on project status and create contingency plans to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• ✅ Manage all on‑site construction efforts, including subcontractors, vendors, and MVL personnel.
• ✅ Enforce MVL’s zero‑tolerance safety culture on every job site.
• ✅ Provide confirmation and documentation of work performed for billing and reporting purposes.
• ✅ Monitor and mitigate project risks to minimize MVL’s exposure.
• ✅ Ensure contract compliance and alert the Project Manager to potential issues proactively and retroactively.
• ✅ Resolve or elevate project issues in a timely and effective manner.
• ✅ Deliver projects on time, safely, and in full compliance with contract standards.
• ✅ Implement MVL’s Quality Control Manual, safety policies, and cost control methods consistently.
• ✅ Maintain positive relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors through clear communication.
• ✅ Oversee and evaluate subcontractor performance to meet project goals.
• ✅ Collaborate with MVL estimating and procurement teams for buyouts and purchasing.
• ✅ Review subcontractor proposals for compliance with plans and specifications.
• ✅ Provide regular internal reporting on project progress and challenges.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong background in field supervision, construction project management, and team coordination.
• Proven experience in project delivery, subcontractor management, and safety enforcement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
