Myers & Sons Construction Structures Project Manager

We are hiring a Structures Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience in heavy civil construction to lead bridge projects totaling over $180 million.

Annual Bonus

• Work on site to solve construction problems
• Manage cost reports using Vista
• Understand and maintain contract with the owner
• Monitor and report schedule and cost progress
• Assist engineers and superintendents with work plans
• Review and approve project invoices and subcontractor payables
• Document control: change and claim management
• Subcontractor management and subcontract development
• Material procurement including purchase orders

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering (preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience in highway civil or structures construction projects in California
• Experience managing subcontracts, subcontractors, and self-performed work
• Excellent organizational, team management, problem solving, and motivational skills
