About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our construction and development teams across multiple ground-up residential projects. This role sits at the center of our project operations, helping keep communication tight, documentation accurate, and workflows running smoothly from pre-construction through completion.

You’ll work closely with the Company Principal & Development Lead, acting as the operational bridge between the office, field teams, subcontractors, and permitting agencies.

Construction, architecture, or development experience is required.

What you’ll do
  • Support project execution by preparing and tracking RFIs, submittals, meeting summaries, punchlist items, and weekly progress updates.
  • Coordinate subcontractors: scheduling site walks, inspections, deliveries, and communicating deadlines and requirements.
  • Assist with permit and inspection workflows: submitting documents, tracking corrections, logging approvals, and maintaining agency communication.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation across shared drives and project management tools.
  • Track procurement items, lead times, and delivery confirmations in coordination with PM and Superintendent.
  • Collect onboarding documents from subcontractors (W-9s, COIs, licenses) and ensure internal compliance logs are up-to-date.
  • Maintain project calendars and ensure team alignment on key milestones.
What we are looking for
  • Experience in construction, design-build, architecture, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting field and office teams.
  • Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, basic sequences of construction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with PM tools (Buildertrend, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
Traits that lead to success
  • Proactive and dependable
  • Calm under pressure
  • Detail-oriented yet adaptable
  • Collaborative with PM + Super + subcontractors
  • Strong follow-through and sense of ownership
  • Comfortable improving systems while managing day-to-day operations
  • Able to collaborate with project teams, leadership, and external consultants
