• Perform financial and operational data analysis to support business initiatives and strategic planning
• Develop, maintain, and enhance executive-facing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Analyze, interpret, and model financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights
• Create reconciliations, summaries, and performance tracking tools to support operational accuracy
• Transform and summarize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Present data to management and executive teams
• Distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external partners as needed

• Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service

• Clinical Operations experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred (Pivot Tables and Excel functions are a must)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL Data Pulling
• Communicates clearly and effectively
• Detail-focused individual who works well in a reporting environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred (not required)
• 3-5 years experience as a Business Reporting Analyst
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Pay Range
: $80,000.00 - $ per year
