  • Support internal teams—including Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Quality, IT, and Audit—to advance business goals and maintain operational excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service for both direct and indirect customers in alignment with Gilead policies.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting, analytics, and documentation tasks based on evolving business needs.

  • Analyze data from multiple sources and clearly communicate insights to cross-functional partners.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance transactional efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability within a dynamic business environment.

Strong analytical skills and experience working with large or complex datasets.
  • Preferred:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
