Schedule: 8am to 5pm M-F

Our interns don’t just observe - they contribute. You’ll support day‑to‑day work within a specific area of the business while gaining insight into how teams collaborate across the organization.
What You’ll DoIntern responsibilities will vary based on business needs, but may include:
- Supporting a team with daily operations, coordination, or administrative tasks
- Assisting with customer, agent, or internal communications
- Helping gather, organize, and document information to support business processes
- Participating in project‑based work and job‑shadowing opportunities
- Learning how different teams work together to support customers and the Uni Group network
- 18 years of age or older
- Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program (sophomore level or higher preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a hybrid, team‑based environment
- Interest in business, logistics, operations, customer experience, or related fields
- Real‑world, hands‑on experience in a professional business environment
- Exposure to transportation, logistics, and corporate operations
- Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and company leaders
- Development of transferable skills such as communication, problem‑solving, and organization
