Hot Foot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading financial services and investment firm to fill the position of Change Lead
. In this role, you will drive change management strategies and adoption plans for critical business initiatives and system implementations, helping teams successfully transition to new processes and tools.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong business mindset who can align change initiatives with measurable organizational outcomes.

Type: Full-Time | Contract (10-Month Contract)

Location: Des Peres, MO (Hybrid Preferred) | Remote Considered

Pay Rate: Up to $52.70/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Develop communication materials, key messaging, and stakeholder engagement strategies in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Partner with project managers and deployment leads to align change activities with broader department and business strategies.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that support major business initiatives and system implementations.
  • Lead communication efforts for change initiatives, ensuring clear and effective messaging across the organization.
  • Identify potential risks, resistance points, and adoption gaps, and create corrective action plans to address them.
  • Ensure information reaches the appropriate audiences through the right channels at the right time.
  • Advocate for organizational changes by clearly communicating the benefits and expected outcomes.
  • Build and maintain integrated adoption and delivery plans for key change initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in change management, business transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect change initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience using data, insights, and metrics to guide change strategies and measure adoption success.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic change management plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
