Southern California Colonial Life is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Agency Development Manager position to work in a professional sales environment with our existing book of business; as well as to grow our business. Advancement opportunities are available and extensive management / leadership training is provided for qualified candidates. Must have prior sales and management experience is welcome.

Work exclusively with Human Resource Departments to create and implement Benefits packages for employees. Work alongside HR and Employers to educate Employees on the benefits being offered, assisting Employees with selecting the appropriate benefits for their needs, and enroll Employees on our exclusive platform. Continue to communicate with the account throughout the year and assist with any claims, troubleshooting, or issues that may arise with the benefits.
Provide on the job training to new hires.
