With 1.2M users generating data daily, we have a goldmine. Your job is to make it accessible and useful.
You report to the CRO and work with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Technology.
What You'll Do Data and Systems- Partner with CTO to design data models that work across both Hub Spot instances
- Create bridges so teams can spot cross-sell opportunities prior to migration
- Lead incremental migration:
Validate, stabilize, move forward

About This Role- Experience partnering with technical and commercial leaders
- Track record building processes people follow
- Energy from progress over perfection
- Enable Sales and CS with customer cohorts, cross-sell opportunities, analysis, and weekly updates
- Provide Finance clean ARR, bookings, and forecast data for cross-department integrations
- Support Marketing with targeted campaigns and proof points
- Align sales process (MEDDPICC, pipeline, and stages) for Nordic B2B and public sector
- Enable cross-sell playbooks with data, benchmarks, and performance tracking
- Monitor adherence, spot gaps, work with leadership to improve performance
