As our Partnerships & Strategic Accounts Manager, you will drive corporate relationships, strategic collaborations, and revenue-generating opportunities across ticketing, memberships, and venue experiences. You’ll play a key role in positioning IMBA as the go-to destination for companies, institutions, and partners seeking something distinctive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, and key stakeholders to drive revenue and brand visibility.
  • Grow corporate ticketing, group bookings, and membership programmes through targeted outreach and relationship management.
  • Identify and secure opportunities for venue hire, brand collaborations, and experiential partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client pipelines, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design tailored partnership proposals and client experiences.
  • Track performance, manage accounts, and provide regular reporting on partnerships and revenue outcomes.
  • Represent IMBA Theatre at networking events, industry engagements, and client meetings.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic accounts — preferably in entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle, or events.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
  • Interest in arts, culture, or immersive experiences is advantageous.
