* The
** Production Oversight Analyst
** is an intermediate level position responsible for providing a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Mortgage - Direct to Consumer (DTC) team. The overall objective of this role is to provide support/ancillary services to sales people and across all client segments.

** Responsibilities:
*** Provide Oversight to Lead Distribution Channel Strategy & Optimization
* Own the monitoring and analyzing lead distribution channels, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimizing throughput and conversion rates for the telesales team
* Drive Production KPI Strategy and Reporting: enhance and continuously monitor channel production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Lead strategic analysis to identify key areas for improvement and drive initiatives that significantly enhance overall production flow and efficiency
* Provide oversight to lead distribution channel and optimization
* Perform Productivity Analysis and Strategic Collaboration
* Lead data analysis efforts and collaborate strategically with DTC Sales Managers to identify and implement opportunities for increasing team productivity.
