* Lead the identification of areas for improvement and guide the team on appropriate escalation procedures.
* Take an active role in educating the organization on advanced reporting and analytical concepts, ensuring a broad understanding and adherence to best practices.
* Cultivate a positive working environment conducive to enhancing both the Customer and Employee Experience.
* Champion the adoption and continued evolution of advanced technologies, empower colleagues through education and mentorship on reporting concepts, best practices, and emerging technologies.
