Experienced Procurement Agent; Strategic Sourcing

This role is 100% onsite at the Hazelwood, MO location. The selected candidate will work exclusively at this site.

• Integrate program, customer, product and in‑service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management.
• Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is required.

• 3+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.

• More than 4 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• More than 4 years of experience working directly with suppliers or in supplier management.
• More than 4 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
• More than 4 years of experience with cost proposal preparation on government contracts.

Typically 3 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. An advanced degree (Bachelor, Master, etc.) is preferred but not required.

Summary pay range: $93,600 – $104,000.
