What to Expect

The West Regional Training Supervisor leads execution of Semi Service Training across western region service locations. This role ensures consistent, high quality training delivery while supporting regional service readiness and growth.

25% travel required for this position.

• Lead and develop regional training teams and instructors
• Ensure consistent execution of Semi Service onboarding and certification programs
• Partner with regional service leadership to identify training needs and gaps
• Track training effectiveness, certification compliance, and technician readiness
• Deploy new training programs, curriculum updates, and standards
• Balance enterprise consistency with regional and site-specific needs

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading teams in training, service, or operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Multi-site or regional leadership experience
• Experience in automotive, heavy vehicle, or technical service environments
• Data driven approach to training performance and improvement

$91,200 - $148,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
