Employer Industry: Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance
What to Expect- Develop and execute strategic vision and direction for the Benefits and Underwriting businesses to achieve growth and profitability
- Spearhead expansion initiatives and identify new market segments and product opportunities
- Analyze industry trends and competitor landscape to inform actionable business strategies
- Cultivate a results-oriented culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Champion the employer's brand and value proposition to brokers and secure partnerships and distribution channels
- Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in Commercial Insurance coverages and Employee Benefit Sales
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum requirements for state Accident & Health (A&H) and/or benefits licenses
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor strategies
- Proven leadership abilities to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans
- Established relationships with brokers and general agents (MGA)
- Knowledge of regulatory changes impacting the employee benefits industry
- Experience in driving growth and retention targets in previous roles
- Salary up to $150,000
