As a Business Development representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network, building relationships with referring sources, and identifying new opportunities to grow our business.

• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase referrals and expand our presence in the market
• Establish and maintain relationships with referring sources, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and healthcare organizations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including grant writing and partnerships
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business development decisions
• Manage and track business development metrics, including referral source activity and revenue growth

• Experience in business development, marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in Google Workplace and CRM software
