Deposit Resolution Representative - On Site Mobile, AL

Job Summary

Prints UB and 1500 claims for ARMS facilities for the billing teams daily.

In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

• Work cues in RCM and network folders daily
• Print and mail out W9s for assigned sites as needed
• Check out daily with Manager
• Communicates daily with Manager regarding issues with sites or equipment

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
• Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.

• Maintain working relationships with other CBO division employees

• Excellent communication skills at all levels, from Tru Bridge staff to hospital staff
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to navigate RCM
