• Operate as CCB Leader for the Deposits Workstream.
• Operate as CCB subject matter expert for CCB payment and treasury operations functions.
• Help to refine the optimal strategy for a smooth conversion process within Deposits, Payments and Treasury workflows and/or functions.
• Participate in meetings, strategy sessions and mock conversion exercises with FNBO workstream counterparts leading up to conversion.
• Assist with integration projects within aforementioned functional areas that may occur prior to conversion date.
