As our Engine Oils Product Manager, you’ll be the strategic force behind our product portfolio—developing market-driven strategies, building strong partnerships, and ensuring long-term growth. Your work will influence mobility solutions worldwide and help us deliver products that improve lives.
- Own the Strategy:
Define and execute product, pricing, and positioning strategies for the European Passenger Car Engine Oils additive portfolio. - Be the Expert:
Become the go-to authority on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. - Collaborate Globally:
Work with OEMs, customers, and cross-functional teams to shape product development and market penetration strategies. - Drive Growth:
Implement data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and capture market share. - Lead the Lifecycle:
Manage products from introduction to obsolescence, ensuring commercial excellence every step of the way.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or Engineering (MBA preferred). - Experience:
5+ years in Sales, Marketing, Technology Deployment, or Product Management—ideally in specialty chemicals or lubricants. - Skills:
- Strong business acumen and financial insight
- Leadership and collaboration across diverse teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Market and technical understanding of chemical products
