Job Description and DutiesThe Correctional Case Records Analyst (CCRA) is supervised by the Correctional Case Records Supervisor. The CCRA performs difficult and complex technical work in processing, maintenance, and control of incarcerated persons and their records. Responsibilities include preparing documents and records information relating to incarcerated persons classification, transfer, release from and return to prison, and other actions affecting legal status. All other duties as required.
This is a Limited Term position (12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent). Individuals eligible for Training and Development assignments may be considered; applicants must indicate this on their application. KVSP is located in Delano, CA (Kern County).
KVSP is a Level IV correctional facility with multiple facilities. This is a correctional institution open 24/7; all positions are office-centered, and incumbents will come in contact with incarcerated persons. The facility includes Level I and Level IV components and spans 600 acres.
