As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be at the center of turning data into decisions. As part of our Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will support Supply Chain and Operations by delivering insights that fuel smarter strategies and real results. You will collaborate with BI experts, IT innovators, and operational leaders to transform complex data into clear, actionable analytics, helping us move faster, work smarter, and achieve more.

What

You’ll Do
  • Apply your excellent attention to detail, deep knowledge of the delivery process, and exceptional analytical skills to strengthen operations
  • Collect and interpret data on supply chain activities to uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas to boost efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and execute projects that drive measurable enhancements across supply chain operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Supply Chain team to foster collaboration and success
  • Measure performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable reports to management
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and IT departments to elevate service delivery and streamline processes
  • Leverage your expertise in spreadsheet applications, SQL analysis tools, and mathematical analysis to solve complex challenges
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones.
Qualifications What You Bring Experience That Drives Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a supply management role or related position, with a proven track record of success
  • Familiarity with ERP database schemas and departmental processes;
    Epicor knowledge is a plus
  • Proven knowledge of inventory management and a strong background in driving operational improvements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and improve trusting relationships
  • Proactive time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across the product development cycle
  • A bias for action and the ability to work with a sense of urgency when needed
  • Proven collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience partnering across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other business units
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools, with the ability to develop actionable insights from data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience leveraging tools to support efficiency and accuracy

Location

This is a full-time position, on-site at our Manufacturing Facility in Hazelwood, MO.
