As a
** Team Leader
** based in
** Chesterfield
* * you'll be responsible for:
* Lead, support and inspire a busy Sales team, creating a positive, inclusive and high engagement working environment.
* Foster a culture of excellent customer care, teamwork and continuous improvement.
* Communicate openly and regularly with the team, sharing updates on priorities, performance and success.
* Review workloads and processes to ensure the team can manage customer enquiries efficiently and consistently.
* Builds mutually beneficial and long-lasting relationships with customers and colleagues in the branch network.
** This is a full time permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 08:00 - 17:00.*

* A strong background in customer service, with a people-first mindset
* A supportive, coaching leadership style that build confidence and capability in others
