Franchise Business Consultant
We are seeking a strategic, organized, and solutions-oriented individual to serve as a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC). This role plays a key part in supporting franchise owners as they work toward operational stability, profitability, and long-term growth.
The Franchise Business Consultant serves as a primary point of contact for franchise owners within an assigned territory, partnering with them through strategic conversations, performance reviews, and ongoing guidance. This position works closely with franchise owners, spa leadership teams, and internal corporate departments to share best practices, provide resources, and support thoughtful execution aligned with brand standards.
This position is based in Chesterfield, MO and is not remote.
Responsibilities- Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners through regular communication and in-person visits
- Facilitate structured strategy and performance conversations focused on goals, trends, and opportunities
- Support franchisees during key phases of their business, including pre-opening, ramp-up, and ongoing operations
- Help franchise owners interpret key performance metrics related to revenue, membership, utilization, and retention
- Share tools, resources, and best practices to support consistency and operational excellence across the system
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, training, marketing, and leadership teams to support franchise initiatives
- Assist franchise owners in identifying challenges and prioritizing next steps through a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Travel to support franchise owners and their teams
- Participate in ongoing training, field work, and professional development opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, coaching, or multi-unit support roles
- Experience in franchising, hospitality, spa, retail, restaurant, or service-based businesses is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and coach through partnership rather than authority
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Comfortable reviewing and discussing financial and operational data (or willingness to learn)
- Professional judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
