Overview

Staffmark is looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and functionality of our facilities. In this role, you'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage projects, oversee vendors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations—all while supporting a customer-focused work environment.

Pay & Schedule
  • $21.00-$23.00/hr
  • 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
  • Oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of building systems and equipment
  • Manage contractors and vendors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and janitorial services
  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance or safety issues
  • Assist with office layouts, furniture installations, and relocations
  • Coordinate moves, additions, and changes (MAC) with minimal disruption
  • Optimize space utilization to support business needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
  • Implement safety procedures, emergency plans, and conduct inspections
  • Manage facility projects, renovations, and upgrades from planning to completion
  • Track budgets, timelines, and project progress
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure contractual compliance
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support facility operations
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or a related field
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs as needed
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
