OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse team in the role of Analyst II within the Business Process Improvement Office (BPIO). Under the general direction of the Manager I, the Analyst II will perform varied and complex project coordination, analytical, and event management duties. The incumbent will serve as the Senior Project Coordinator and work closely with BPIO Project Managers and Executive Office management on projects to better serve the needs of the public and state agencies.
They will review and improve processes, analyze data, update policies and procedures, make recommendations related to projects, and act as liaison for key events and meetings. The incumbent may serve as a backup for the Project Manager when needed.
