As a Senior Product Manager
, you will lead complex, high-impact product initiatives that shape the direction of our platform and meaningfully influence company strategy. This role goes beyond owning a roadmap. You will uncover ambiguous problems others don’t see, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver solutions that create long‑term customer and business value.
Senior Product Managers are radical collaborators with a bias toward action and learning. You operate with substantial autonomy, working as a strategic partner to engineering, design, go‑to‑market teams, and product leadership to drive alignment and outcomes. As a trusted decision-maker, mentor, and force multiplier, you elevate product judgment, execution speed, and impact across the organization.
What You’ll Do- Lead Strategic Problem Solving- Independently identify and solve complex, multi‑dimensional customer and business problems across products and teams.
- Uncover high-impact opportunities through customer insight, data analysis, and systems thinking, often before they are explicitly requested.
- Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and long‑term solution strategies that scale beyond a single feature or release.
- Shape Product Strategy & Business Outcomes - Own and influence product strategy within your domain, ensuring alignment with company-level objectives such as revenue growth, churn reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Translate strategy into outcome‑driven roadmaps with clear priorities, tradeoffs, and measurable results.
- Identify and eliminate waste in processes, workflows, or product experiences to increase customer and business value.
- Move Fast, Learn Faster. Rapidly test assumptions through prototypes, experiments, customer conversations, and data analysis.
- Embrace early iteration and informed risk‑taking to surface insights quickly and avoid slow, expensive mistakes later.
- Create momentum by making timely decisions, unblocking teams, and driving progress in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces.
- Deliver at Scale-Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of complex initiatives spanning multiple teams or product areas, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Partner deeply with engineering and design to validate solutions early, manage risk, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Drive pilots, betas, and launches with a strong focus on adoption, readiness, and long‑term impact.
- Collaborate & Influence Across the Organization
- Align diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and operations toward shared goals. - Proactively break down silos and improve how teams collaborate to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by clearly communicating tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations.
- Elevate the Product Team - Set the standard for strong product thinking, discovery practices, and execution excellence within the product organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS or platform products.
- Proven ability to independently drive high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong product judgment with experience navigating ambiguity and making informed tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated success defining, tracking, and achieving outcome‑based metrics (OKRs, KPIs).
- Clear bias toward action. You move quickly to test assumptions, learn from real‑world feedback, and iterate based on evidence.
