• Participate in various aspects of project development, focusing on architectural design and new construction projects
• Support office task and billing scheduling for active projects to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide scheduled and requested reports to business support functions and leadership
• Develop analysis tools for various vertical transportation metrics to enhance delivery efficiency
• Serve as a liaison for all parties involved in ongoing projects

• High School Diploma; an Associate's or moss' lee bachelor's Degree is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Previous employment history, including internships or co-ops
• Strong company capture skills and the ability to resolve problems effectively

• Knowledge and experience in the construction/existing building trade
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to support design and implementation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
