We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Proposal Manager to drive proposal activities and support sales deliverables within our Federal Division. This position is open to our Concord, CA Gilbane office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive proposal activities, including pre-sell activities, qualification packages, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the proposal development process
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure proposals are compelling and offer the best value to clients
  • Write and refine proposal sections, incorporating win themes, differentiators, and project experience
  • Conduct thorough quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in the AEC industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strategic and technical content writing experience is a must
  • Experience with all aspects of federal proposal sales deliverables preparation, development, and production
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple simultaneous deliverables, including standalone contracts, Task Orders, and IDIQs
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office and MS Teams are required
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign desired
