Are you ready to turn your supply chain and logistics experience into a high‑earning, rewarding career in business development?

A North American logistics company specializing in cross‑border logistics is expanding aggressively into the Tijuana market.

If you have experience in materials management, supply chain management, logistics, and cross‑border operations, we can train you in consultative selling techniques to create a lucrative career with earning potential of over $200K USD.

If you have 5+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or cross‑border operations—especially in a manufacturing or plant setting in Tijuana—and a strong desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.

The Director of Business Development will also coordinate with Account Managers, Pricing Analysts, and the Operations team to create business solutions and long‑term business relationships with prospective new customers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Generate new business and revenue independently.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline (cold calling, lead lists, networking).
  • Conduct 5–10 discovery meetings per day when not traveling.
  • Travel across Canada, the US, and Mexico to meet prospects.
  • Fully utilize CRM tools (Sales Now) daily — log calls, emails, meetings.
  • Cross‑sell services with VP of Sales and other team members.
  • Grow existing accounts and uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Gather market intel on competitors and industry changes.
  • Propose solutions based on client needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate on pricing and forecasting with senior management.
  • Actively participate in sales planning and company growth initiatives.
Qualifications / Experience Preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering preferred).
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish – verbal and written).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal‑driven approach.
  • Consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and self‑direction.
  • High energy, confidence, and professional presence.
  • Experience in plant operations, production, materials management, procurement, or logistics.
  • Understanding of cross‑border logistics (Canada/US/Mexico).
  • Willingness to travel and learn other operational areas.
