We are seeking a motivated and strategic Partner Development Manager to oversee relationships with a portfolio of active partners. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations—driving growth, alignment, and joint success within our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Relationship Management:
Serve as the day‑to‑day and executive‑level point of contact for a portfolio of 35 active partners, ensuring seamless collaboration across all business functions. - Strategic Planning:
Meet regularly with executive‑level partner contacts to align on strategic direction, business objectives, and long‑term partnership goals. - Lead Generation & Sales
Collaboration:
Partner closely with sales teams to drive joint account strategies, create and execute lead generation campaigns, and expand the partner‑sourced pipeline. Support partner reps with tools, messaging, and best practices to accelerate shared revenue growth. - Partner Marketing Coordination:
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and content that increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. - Enablement & Training:
Host enablement sessions for partner teams—including Sales, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers—to ensure deep understanding of our offerings and value propositions. - Performance Tracking:
Track and report on partner activity including leads, sales pipeline, revenue share payments, contracts, and other key performance metrics. - Partner Evaluation & Onboarding:
Identify, interview, evaluate, and onboard potential new partners to expand and strengthen the partner network, ensuring smooth integration and early success.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, sales, and product—to ensure partners have the tools, resources, and insights needed for success.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development.
- Proven success managing a large portfolio of partners and driving measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with experience engaging executive‑level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience managing reporting, forecasting, and pipeline metrics.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
