## Description
** Key Responsibilities
*** Greet customers and service technicians in a professional and friendly manner
* Identify and locate the correct parts using catalogs and computer systems
* Provide pricing, availability, and product information
* Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
* Maintain stock levels and participate in inventory control
* Assist with receiving and organizing incoming parts shipments
* Communicate effectively with the service and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
* Other duties as assigned by management.

** Skills & Qualifications
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred
* Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems
* Familiarity with parts lookup and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer track)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
