Summary

Assists the sales department with maintaining a clean sales lot and provides assistance with making sure proper postings are on retail sale units.

No experience needed! We will train!

Pay Scale:
Base hourly compensation of between $16.90 - $20.00

Responsibilities
  • Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.
  • Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
  • Keeps a timely shuttle route.
  • Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
  • Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
  • Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
  • Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning and general maintenance.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Expectations
  • Customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Positive attitude and demeanor
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.
  • All post-offer applicants must successfully complete pre-employment testing to include background checks, insurability, and drug testing to qualify for employment
