Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage and organize our office operations, ensuring that project managers and salespeople can effectively stay in the field. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining office organization, ordering materials, and handling daily package deliveries.
Position DetailsPart time – 24 hours/week
Location:
St. Louis, MO
- Serve as the administrative point of contact for the office.
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements.
- Maintain office organization to facilitate field activities for project managers and sales personnel.
- Order necessary materials and supplies.
- Receive and manage Fed Ex/UPS packages daily.
- Organize and stage materials on project shelves.
- Gather and manage packaging slips.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
This position is based in our St. Louis office, which houses around seven employees. Most employees, including project managers and sales staff, are frequently out of the office. The work schedule is flexible, typically Monday through Friday or 3–4 days a week from 9 am to 3 pm. However, if additional hours are desired, the role may include varied responsibilities.
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Maryland Heights, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 – $27.00/hr.
