This is a brand-new role offering the opportunity to shape the marketing function from the ground up. The Marketing Coordinator will support a mix of marketing, business development, and administrative tasks. Ideal for someone personable, proactive, and excited to represent the company at events, maintain its digital presence, and support day-to-day operations. Sales or marketing experience is helpful but not required—the right personality and eagerness to learn matter most.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with business development efforts, including attending events and building relationships to promote the company (mileage reimbursed).
- Maintain the company's newly launched website and ensure content stays current.
- Manage and grow the company's Linked In presence, including posting updates and expanding network connections.
- Support general marketing activities such as campaign coordination and basic content creation.
- Help organize and attend events, mixers, or industry functions as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Bring fresh ideas and contribute to shaping the role as the company continues to grow.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys talking to others and building connections.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, Hub Spot, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
