About The PositionAs a Staff Support Specialist, you’re at the heart of your team’s business operations/activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You will be assisting your managers/team members with tasks on projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before or when they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with all of our policies and procedures.
You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team’s objectives. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities- Assisting with communications, email management, and/or meeting materials
- Coordinate with the Administration team for management meetings, backup support, and file management.
- Performs general administrative activities, composing and typing general correspondence, including emails and prioritizing, distributing, and acting on calls, email and text messages
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and keep appropriate contacts engaged and informed.
- Following up with the field staff to ensure they are reaching out promptly to the families
- Reaching out to families to help with the connection of services
- Reviewing Teacher schedules to identify ideas for optimization (Making sure they teach as much as possible) and making recommendations
- Explain our time clock policies/attendance policies
- Bilingual Spanish (Highly Preferred)
- 1 years of administrative experience or any related experience
- High attention to detail with strong organization and critical thinking
- Comfortable working autonomously, coordinating multiple tasks under time-sensitive deadlines, adaptive to changing priorities, resourceful
- Experience working with confidential information and a high level of discretion
- Must be a self‑starter who works independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, work well with various personality types, and are receptive to feedback.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software/systems quickly
- Starting Pay: $22-24/hour
